Welcome to Ajay Tours. By accessing our website or booking any transportation or tour service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of payment or written confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability, operational constraints, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Pricing and Charges

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Unless specifically stated otherwise,t he following charges may apply in addition to the quoted fare:

• FASTag Toll charges
• Parking fees as per receipt
• Interstate or state taxes
• Entry fees
• Additional waiting charges
• Extra kilometers beyond the agreed package
• Delhi MCD charges

Any applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

3. Payment Terms

Payments may be made through approved online payment methods, bank transfer, UPI, cash, or any other payment method accepted by us.

Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Vehicle Usage

The vehicle shall be used only for lawful purposes.

Passengers shall not:

• Damage or misuse the vehicle
• Carry prohibited or illegal items
• Consume alcoholic beverages or illegal substances inside the vehicle where prohibited by law
• Engage in behavior that endangers the driver, passengers, or vehicle

Any damage caused by passengers shall be the responsibility of the booking customer.

5. Driver and Passenger Safety

Our drivers are required to comply with applicable road safety regulations, including mandatory rest periods during long-distance travel.

Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

Seat belts should be worn whenever available.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Traffic congestion
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Civil disturbances
• Vehicle breakdowns despite reasonable maintenance

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

7. Vehicle Breakdown and Service Interruptions

In the event of a mechanical failure or unexpected vehicle issue, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle as soon as practicable.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the affected booking and shall not extend to indirect losses, missed business opportunities, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in a customized agreement:

• More than 30 days before service date: 10% cancellation fee
• 15–30 days before service date: 15% cancellation fee
• 2–14 days before service date: 25% cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours before service date, no-show, or same-day cancellation: 35% of booking amount

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

9. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost items, Ajay Tours shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle.

Any shipping or delivery costs for recovered items may be charged to the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify routes, itineraries, vehicle types, schedules, and service arrangements when reasonably necessary for operational, safety, or legal reasons.

Equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever reasonably possible.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, graphics, website design, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ajay Tours and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All third-party trademarks, brand names, vehicle logos, and company logos displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Such trademarks and logos are used solely for identification, informational, or reference purposes and do not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content from this website is prohibited without prior written permission from the respective rights holder.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
